How do you decide which group I join?

We begin with a discovery call and, once you join, a detailed 42-question questionnaire. This helps us understand your business, ambitions, challenges, strengths and the contacts that would be valuable to you.

We then consider the fit with other members, looking at business stage, complementary experience, shared ambition and the value each person can contribute. Placement is intentional, not simply based on who applies next.

Who leads the sessions?

Every half-day session is guided and managed by a professional facilitator with experience working with FTSE 100 companies. They keep the discussion focused, create space for every member and help turn the conversation into clear next steps.

How is my progress tracked?

Your progress is tracked throughout the year, across business performance and personal goals. At year-end you receive a full impact report covering leadership, strategic thinking, communication, stress management and motivation.

What kind of challenges does the forum help with?

Whether you’re removing yourself as the bottleneck, building toward an exit or scaling internationally, you get the table, the structure and the accountability to work towards it.
